Returns and refunds policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Once we receive the item, a refund will be process. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund, return shipping cost are non-refundable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damage or defective
If you receive your items damage or defective, please contact us right away to take care of a replacement or refund, depending on your preference, at no cost to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is approved and received, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund, returning shipping cost are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not make exchanges, only returns are accepted after approval, return shipping labels are non refundable, are deducted from the refund. You can process a return and then make another purchase for the new item.
